Disaster Management

Elysian is proud to have been involved in the restoration and recovery efforts following major storms including, Katrina, Rita, Irene, Lee, and Sandy. We have provided compassionate, quality services.  These services included project management, operations management, data management, financial analysis, damage assessments, and lead risk assessments. In addition, we have developed scopes of work for residential home reconstruction, rehabilitation and replacement.

Elysian has also been responsible for the daily management and performance of disaster relief staff, including coordinating contractors and case representatives for home repairs and financial assistance. As part of our Operations Management responsibilities, we have managed the distribution of federal funding to homeowners and renters, and we have been recognized for our ability to streamline the process to significantly increase funding distribution.

Our experience has provided extensive FEMA Public Assistance, CDBG-DR and HUD Program understanding. We have supported project managers in overall scope management, cost control, financial analysis, and close-out procedures.
